Learn Amp omgevingen niet beschikbaar

Het incident is opgelost per 14:40 CEST. Er is geen impact op achtergrondprocessen.

What happened. Learn Amp was unusable from 12:00 to 13:35 BST on 17 August, one hour 35 minutes. Pages loaded, nothing worked. We reverted the change and it’s been stable since.

Your data was never at risk. Nothing lost, changed or exposed. Nobody signed out. The fault sat in how the interface reached the browser, so no request touched your data.

Why it happened. We changed how the Learn Amp interface is built and delivered. Those files come from one central address, your account runs on its own, and browsers apply a security check between the two. Our previous technology sidestepped that check, so the permission was never needed. The new one triggers it on every file, and the permission wasn’t there.

Why our checks missed it. The change passed code review, our full test suite and pre-release verification. That check only happens when two addresses are involved, and our test environments use one. There was nothing to fail.

What’s changed.

1. An automated test now covers the permission on every release, confirmed to fail without it.
2. The re-release sits behind a per-account switch, off by default, verified on live infrastructure first. Turning it off is instant.
3. Asset delivery changes now need verifying on a setup that matches production.
   We regret the disruption. An hour and a half without a working platform carries a real cost for your team, and we apologise for not catching this before release.
