HAProxy update from 27-06-2024 22:00 CEST to 27-06-2024 23:00 CEST

On June,27th at 22.00 (CET) the loadbalancer in our Totara network will be replaced. This is necessary to be ready for the future growth of within this network.
Although the impact will be minimal, we cannot prevent a few seconds of roll-over interruption on the active connections to our environment during the actual switch.
