Onderhoud datacenter - downtime van 15-08-2023 07:00 CEST tot 15-08-2023 08:00 CEST

On August 15th, between 7 AM CET and 8 AM CET, the firewalls in our datacenter will be replaced. The current firewalls are at the end of their lifecycle and we have to replace them in order to keep the security of your and our learning environments at the highest level.

This necessary action will, unfortunately, result in a short period of downtime. Therefore we will perform these tasks outside of our regular office hours so as to minimize any inconvenience for your students and employees.

The actual procedure will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, but we have to cater for some overhead to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.
